90-Day customer pickup Policy

For specimens brought to RED EYE on or after 4/1/2021

To all present and future customers,

I try my best to understand everyone’s situation, and I try even harder to give the benefit of the dought. At the end of the day, RED EYE is a business and needs to be run as such. With that said, on or after 4/1/2021 RED EYE will start enforcing the company's policy for neglected/stored mounts:

1. 30 days past first notice:

  • $10 added to your pickup cost. (per mount)

2. 60 days past first notice:

  • Pickup cost increased by another $10. (per mount)

3. 90 days past first notice:

  • Pickup cost increased by another $10. (per mount)

  • Your mount will be marked as "For Sale" for the remaining balance.

  • If you still want your mount, please hurry and pay your remaining balance + the $30 storage fee before it is sold online or locally.

Please contact me with one of the ways below. We do not want to add fees and we do not want to sell your mount, but I am not going to be able to sustain the ability to provide my services with the same speed and quality without doing so. We are willing to work with individuals on a person-by-person basis. Not contacting me or failing to respond will result in the above.

I understand things can happen and with everything wild going on in the world, sometimes money gets tight. But, with the large number of customers I have, I cannot chase people to pay off their dues and to pick up their mounts.

Please do not be put off by this. RED EYE is your taxidermist, not a storage facility.
